What to include in a report

Please describe what happened, where it happened, and the steps that reproduce the issue. Your operating system, device specifications, and a screenshot or video link will help the investigation.

A reply email address is optional. Reports are used to investigate issues and improve the game. An individual response to every report cannot be guaranteed.

Do not include passwords, Steam credentials, or other sensitive information.

Before you report a launch issue

Check the system requirements on Steam. The macOS version requires an Apple Silicon Mac; Intel Macs are not supported.
